RESERVATIONS & CANCELLATION POLICY

We require at least 24 hours notice by calling 518.326.0470 to cancel any single service. Your salon experience is reserved especially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect the salon's scheduling policies. 
Regretfully, no-shows and cancellations made less than 24 hours of service time will be charged 50% of the full service fee.  Services scheduled for time slots of 3+hours will require a 50% non-refundable deposit.
